How do I order my fuel?
Simple, download the Mobile Fuel Dash App in the App Store or Google Play, register your vehicle, and place your order- we take care of the rest!

How often will you come to fuel my vehicle?
Customers have two options: the on-demand service allows you to order gas directly through our app when you need it- as often or as little as you prefer- you will be charged a small delivery fee for each fuel up but there are no long term commitments. The second option is to subscribe to our monthly service plan where one low fee allows unlimited fuel ups per vehicle each month. Use our easy to use app to schedule at your convenience.
How do I know my fuel has been delivered?
You will receive a notification through the app with the amount of fuel pumped, and the amount of money charged to your credit card.
What types of fuel do you deliver?
Unleaded, premium, diesel, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
How do you know where my vehicle or boat is?
You will put the address/location of your vehicle or boat in the app when you place your order. There will also be space include any specific comments or helpful identifying features (such as a parking space number, boat name or slip number)
Do you charge any delivery fee?
Yes, depending on the plan you choose. The on demand plans will include a delivery fee with each order. The monthly subscription plan includes the recurring monthly fee in addition to a small delivery fee with each order.
How does fleet servicing work?
We will work with each customer so that we can formulate a delivery plan specifically tailored to your business needs. Our goal is to keep your drivers doing what they do best and leave the fuel to us!
What are your modes of payment?
The preferred method is credit card via our app. For fleet services, we can work out a billing schedule that fits your needs.
Do you keep records of previous services?
Yes, our system tracks all previous services.
Are you insured?
Yes, Mobile Fuel Dash is a fully licensed and insured company with trained technicians to ensure you receive the fuel you need in a convenient and safe manner.
What happens in the case of a fuel spill?
Our trucks are equipped with emergency equipment and spill kits. Our technicians are specifically trained to contain and minimize contamination in the event of a fuel spill.
Will you deliver to fuel to my boat at my marina or personal dock?
Yes, we are able to deliver to your personal dock or directly to your marina slip if you are a customer at one of our partner marinas, otherwise, marina approval will be necessary prior to fuel delivery.
